Box isn't Connecting to PC

If your control box is not connection, follow these troubleshooting steps:

1. Ensure the Box Has Power

2. Check the USB Dongle Connection

3. Restart Your Control Box & PC

4. Verify Windows Recognizes the Device

  1. Open Device Manager (Press Win + X, then select Device Manager) or open from the tools bar in our software.
  2. Look for a device under Human Interface Devices or USB Input Devices.
  3. If you see a yellow warning icon, right-click the device and select Update Driver.

5. Reinstall USB Drivers

6. Interference & Range

Customizing Your Control Box

The control box allows extensive customization, enabling you to set actions for multiple applications, create shift actions to double button functionality, and assign special actions like playing sounds. Our boxes all come with an attachment point that allows for additions such as ball and tee holders along with any third party attachments. We release our boxes in a variety of colours which will change over time depending on supply or demand, if you want a specific colour make sure to email us for a quote.

Importing Custom Sounds

If you want to import custom sounds to your box follow these steps:

1. Open the Software

2. Access the Sound Folder

  1. Click Settings in the toolbar.
  2. Click the Open Folder button.
  3. This will open a File Explorer window showing the location of the sound files.

3. Adding Custom Sounds

Inside the folder, you will find three subfolders:

To add your own sound:

  1. Drag and drop your custom .wav audio file into the appropriate folder.
  2. Ensure the file format is .wav for compatibility.

4. Refreshing the Sound List

Repair Guide

Learn how to repair various components in your box:

Replacing a Faulty Button

The control box uses standard 30mm arcade buttons with either 2.8mm or 4.8mm terminal cables for connection. Follow these steps to diagnose and replace a faulty button.

1. Confirm the Button is Faulty

  1. Open the software and go to Settings.
  2. Enable Developer Console.
  3. Exit Settings; a Console Log should now appear on the left side.
  4. If you don’t see it, press a working button to refresh it.
  5. Press the suspected faulty button and check the console for activity.

2. Open the Control Box

  1. Turn off the device by taking out the batteries.
  2. Unscrew the three M3 screws on the backside.
  3. Remove the back cover to access the internal components.

3. Check & Replace the Button

  1. Locate the non-working button.
  2. Ensure the terminal cables are securely connected to both the button and the USB encoder.
  3. Disconnect the cables from the faulty button.
  4. On the back of the button, squeeze the two locking tabs and push the button out the front of the box.
  5. Insert a new 30mm arcade button into the same slot.
  6. Reconnect the terminal cables.
